If you need an official copy of your high school transcript, please send a check or money order for $5 with a letter that includes:

your full name, including your maiden name
the year you graduated from Saint Vincent Academy
your Social Security number
the name and address of the college or employer to which the transcript should be sent. (We can only send an unofficial copy directly to you.)
a daytime phone number or e-mail address at which we can reach you.
